Matthew Guy - Job Developer
This position involves the coordination, development, promotion and facilitation of all Employability Workshops offered at CareerworksNova, including the Employment Works Program. The Job Developer works collaboratively with the Employment Counsellors in order to help clients obtain viable employment.
This role also includes liaising with employers in the Truro area in an effort to match client skills and experience with local opportunities and to stay current and up to date on labour market trends.

Donna Pratt - Client Service Navigator
The Client Services Navigator is the first contact for the Centre's clients and is responsible for routing clients to the appropriate resources. This role includes administrative tasks as well as customer service. Responsibilities include informing clients of services and resources available at the Centre. The Client Service Navigator is there to assist clients in using the Centre's resources, to access information as it relates to education, training and employment and to provide guidance in using résumé programs and career planning software.

Employment Counsellors
Assist counsel and provide information to unemployed clients on all aspects of employment search and career planning. The Employment Counsellors operate in four main areas of focus; Career Decision Making, Job Search, Skill Enhancement and Employment Maintenance.
They assess and determine which areas need to be explored with a client in order to develop a plan that is tailored to a client's work experience, education, and employment goals.
